PC - INFOLAND® is an independent company which was founded in 1995 in Düsseldorf.
We are dedicated to providing top quality computer helpline services for employees
in companies and home users. Furthermore we provide User-Help-Desks for Partners
(see below Partners) wishing to benefit from the substancial cost saving advantages
of outsourcing. It is PC - INFOLAND's® goal to develop professional Computer Hotline
concepts tailored to the individual needs of our Partners.
A pool of carefully selected highly qualified computer experts are available
seven days a week for our customers. PC-INFOLAND® knows the problems their
customers have. Due to the large number of daily calls we receive, our customers
benefit from our wide experience and high competence.
PC-INFOLAND® does not sell Hard- or Software nor do we provide other hotlines in the
non-computer area. This has the geat advantage that we can concentrate and are
specialised in our field of computers and so the customer benefits immensely from
our expert advice. This company philosophy also helps to avoid possible conflicts
with present and potential business partners. Our Partners thus have the guarantee
and security that we do not use their customers for other undesired purposes.

etc. It is their choice whether or not they wish us to operate the hotline under
our or their brand name.
